Summary: The Finance Analyst role involves providing finance support for the Off Trade function, specifically partnering with the Wholesale & Convenience team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide finance support for the Off Trade function, partnering with the Wholesale & Convenience team.
- Lead on Fixed Costs for the Off Trade as part of the Evergreen Cost & Value Pillar.
- Manage the Balance Sheet review process for Off Trade customer rebates.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on policies.
- Ensure a robust control environment exists to maintain the integrity of accounting records and financial information.
Key Skills:
- Part qualified or working towards a finance qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with experience or knowledge of FMCG Finance.
- Ability to problem solve and work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

About The Role Reporting into the Off Trade Finance Controller, you’ll provide finance support for our Off Trade function, business partnering our Wholesale & Convenience team. This role provides best in class finance support, using technical knowledge, analytical and communication skills to provide insight and challenge to the team and your other stakeholders. You’ll be leading on Fixed Costs for the Off Trade as part of our Evergreen Cost & Value Pillar and lead the Balance Sheet review process for Off Trade customer rebates. A key part of this role will be communicating with your stakeholders, providing advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with our policies. You’ll provide essential support to your extended team to ensure that a robust control environment exists – ensuring the integrity of accounting records and financial information.

Engaging stakeholders is key, so being able to communicate and understand requirements is super important. Our ways of working This role is office-based, our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day of your choice in the office and can work from home on the other two days, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
