Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing processes, financial reports, and working capital in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to coordinate events, update CVs, and assist with bids and tenders.
  • Support Client Relationship Partners with client meetings, events, and reporting.
  • Oversee matter management processes, including engagement letters and compliance checks.
  • Provide full diary management and organise complex travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, and ensure all logistical requirements are met.
  • Utilise internal systems to manage administrative workflows and delegate document production effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a comparable legal or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to support multiple fee earners and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
