Summary: The Commercial Finance Analyst role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within an established Media business, focusing on financial leadership for a significant project. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and scenario modeling while collaborating with senior stakeholders. This position requires a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role is set to commence in May/June.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the project from a finance perspective, maintaining the business case and partnering with project leads and senior stakeholders.
• Report and interpret monthly financial results, tracking performance against forecasts.
• Update forecasts, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct financial scenario modeling and evaluate the impact of commercial negotiation strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis and negotiations, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
