Summary: The Commercial Data & Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the data strategies and reporting tools for a global entertainment business. This position involves collaboration with central data teams and external stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts through data visualization and insights. The role requires leading internal reporting systems and training teams to utilize self-serve reporting tools effectively. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal reporting systems using tools like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Grow data sources to encompass all marketing touchpoints, from brand awareness to campaign performance.
- Collaborate with media and social agencies to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Conduct correlation and regression analysis to identify key metrics and establish KPI tracking frameworks.
- Run training sessions to enhance team proficiency in self-serve reporting tools.
Key Skills:
- 6 years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, preferably in a media agency setting.
- Deep understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs) and data visualization (Tableau).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Datorama, and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
