Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and process financial contract amendments.
- Maintain an up-to-date contract register and ensure data is transferred to the correct departments internally.
- Support contract renewals, variations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for contract-related financial queries internally and externally.
- Track contract milestones and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Prepare contract summaries and management reports as needed.
- Support audits and compliance checks relating to contract documentation.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operational teams to maintain high-quality contract management processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract administration practices.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in CRM marketing, database marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation, segmentation, and email marketing.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of creating targeted campaigns.

Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contract Administrator to join our established and successful Finance Centre Where : Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area. When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP! Salary: £35,000.00 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to suit business needs.

Experience What we need from you - skill base requirements: Minimum 2-years’ experience in CRM marketing (ideally HubSpot, but not compulsory), database marketing, or related roles, and able to demonstrate a track record of successful CRM campaigns. Proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation, segmentation, and email marketing. Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of creating targeted, sector-specific campaigns and content that support sales, marketing and business objectives.
