Summary: The Collaboration Support Engineer role focuses on managing and optimizing communication and collaboration tools, primarily Zoom and Slack, within a complex business environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning Slack admin tasks (channels, invites, workspace setup, app creation)
  • Supporting M365 tools like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Helping colleagues adopt new features and tools
  • Working with vendors to stay ahead of updates and improvements
  • Handling IT support issues and keeping things running smoothly

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the expert behind the scenes making sure the communication and collaboration tools run like clockwork. From Zoom meetings and webinars to Slack workspaces and custom apps, you’ll help colleagues stay connected and productive. You’ll also support other workplace tech like M365, and Teams, but the real focus is on Zoom and Slack

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Managing Zoom admin portals (meetings, webinars, rooms, phones, signage)
  • Owning Slack admin tasks (channels, invites, workspace setup, app creation)
  • Support M365 tools like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Helping colleagues adopt new features and tools

Contract Duration & Working Policy
