Summary: The role of Peoplesoft HCM Functional Lead requires strong functional experience with PeopleSoft, particularly in Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll. The candidate should have expertise in implementing, upgrading, and converting PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM versions 9.1 and 9.2, with a focus on the NA Payroll Module. Hands-on experience in configuring core tables and knowledge of SQL programming and related technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll functionalities within PeopleSoft.
- Implement, upgrade, and convert PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM versions 9.1 and 9.2.
- Process payroll and set up Pay Calendar, Job Code, Earnings and Deductions, and Tax tables.
- Configure PeopleSoft core tables.
- Utilize SQL Programming, Application Engine, People code, XML Publisher, SQR, Workflow, Component interface, and Application Designer.
