Job Role Clinical Systems Administrator Band 5 (indicative) - £31,049 - £37,796 37.5 hours per week 12mths - Fixed Term/Secondment Responsibilities An excellent opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Locala’s small Clinical System Team for a 12-month period. A primary responsibility of the role is to carry out a review of the existing web referral forms with the services and apply the new portal functionality where appropriate. The role will take a service improvement approach to ensure we are exploiting the functionality in the systems available to us, this includes working with services on the new web referral portal and transitioning services from Docmail to TPP SystmOne communication annex where appropriate, you will also work with the team to expand access to the YHCR system. This role will release time to care for patients and support services to identify system efficiencies. It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge/experience of clinical systems but this is not restricted to the above systems as comprehensive training will be given. You will be required to work flexibly to support and enhance these systems looking for opportunities to streamline process and create efficiencies. This will include supporting deployment of changes and liaison with suppliers and being a consistent point of contact for front line staff for queries relating to these systems, liaising with the supplier to report system issues and keep a track of progress.
