As a Client Communications & Collateral Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s Financial Promotions framework, helping to ensure that all client and adviser facing communications meet regulatory requirements while remaining clear, engaging and effective. Location | National Type | Fixed-term contract until 31/03/2027 Salary | £60,000-£65,000 We empower advisers and clients with clear, engaging and compliant communications that help deliver outstanding advice and service. Our Client & Adviser Content team plays a central role in supporting adviser effectiveness, client understanding, business objectives and brand visibility by delivering high-quality content across all channels. The role is a dual focused position looking at both content and financial promotions approvals. The successful candidate will combine strong writing and editing capability with sound regulatory awareness. You will support the firm’s Financial Promotions framework by reviewing and approving communications, applying proportionate judgement to ensure regulatory requirements are met without compromising clarity or engagement. Alongside hands-on content delivery, the role supports consistency and quality across the Client & Adviser Content team by sharing expertise, contributing to standards and helping colleagues navigate Financial Promotions considerations as part of everyday content development. You will work closely with colleagues across content, marketing, distribution and compliance, helping to balance audience needs, business objectives and regulatory expectations to deliver high-quality communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adviser and client communications
  • Create, review and refine client and adviser communications and collateral, ensuring outputs are clear, engaging, well-structured and audience-appropriate.
  • Apply strong writing and editing skills to improve the quality, clarity and effectiveness of communications across a range of formats and channels.
  • Translate complex financial or technical information into accessible content without losing accuracy or intent.
  • Collaborate closely with content, marketing and distribution colleagues to deliver communications aligned to business priorities and client needs.
  • Support the continuous improvement of content templates, standards and ways of working.
  • Financial promotions & compliance
  • Support the firm’s Financial Promotions process through front-line review, approval and oversight of client- and adviser-facing communications.
  • Apply sound judgement to ensure communications meet regulatory requirements while remaining clear, engaging and fit for purpose.
  • Provide timely, practical guidance to stakeholders on Financial Promotions considerations as part of the content development process.
  • Identify potential compliance risks within communications and work collaboratively to resolve them in a proportionate way.
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation to support governance, audit and regulatory oversight.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and embedding of Financial Promotions standards and best practice.
  • Team support and capability building
  • Support the upskilling of the wider Client & Adviser Content team on Financial Promotions considerations, helping build confidence and shared understanding.
  • Act as a point of reference for content-related Financial Promotions queries within the team.
  • Enable effective knowledge sharing to support resilience and consistent cover across content and Financial Promotions activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with Financial Promotions requirements within a regulated environment, including practical front-line review and sign-off.
  • Strong writing and editing capability, with experience creating and refining clear, engaging and compliant client and adviser communications.
  • Confidence providing constructive feedback on content quality and compliance considerations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a pragmatic, proportionate approach to risk.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to support team capability through knowledge sharing.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high content standards.
