Summary: The Client Administrator role at Evelyn Partners involves providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners over a fixed-term contract of 16 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
- Request policy information from third-party policy providers if applicable.
- Liaise with operational teams for support on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations.
- Process all business in accordance with required processes and proactive pipeline management, including establishing new accounts on internal systems and collating AML documentation as required.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working in the financial services industry, ideally 2 to 5 years.
- Strong ethic of client service.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
- Excellent standard of education, ideally degree qualified but not essential.
