Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design engineer on small to medium size projects, coordinating internal multi-discipline design teams and client interfaces.
• Create outline and detailed designs, along with construction-ready documentation.
• Generate design calculations, reports, drawings, and other deliverables.
• Provide technical decisions at key design stages for water and wastewater utility projects.
• Interact with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with contractors, the supply chain, and various project stakeholders.
• Oversee or manage design staff and mentor junior team members.
• Support the coordination of environmental, geotechnical, civil, or other specialist disciplines.
