Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) using Firepower Management Console (FMC).
- Management of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network security and policy management.
- Daily configuration and administration of Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation and monitoring.
- Utilization of industry-standard tools for diagnosing, isolating, and resolving network and security issues.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Cisco DNA (Automation).
- Expertise in Solarwinds (Monitoring).
- Intermediate knowledge of Cisco ISE (identity).
- Intermediate knowledge of Cisco Wireless and Firewall Management Center (FMC).
- Desirable experience with LogicMonitor.
- Expertise in Cisco ACI (Fabric).
- Desirable experience with F5 proxies.
- Proven experience with Cisco technologies.
- Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.

Capabilities provided must have proven experience with Cisco technologies, including:

- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network security and policy management, working with authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting daily
- Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation and monitoring, with hands-on experience in daily configuration, administration, patching, upgrading, and overall network automation
- Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and hands-on experience with relevant industry-standard tools to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues efficiently for network and security environments.
