Summary: The role of Chargé de reporting et planification involves managing training planning and reporting within the HR department of LCL, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage administrative processes related to training from registration to invoicing.
  • Plan and monitor training sessions, ensuring timely communication with project managers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Support process transformations and propose optimizations.
  • Develop reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including monthly activity tracking and training completion reports.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum education level of Bac + 3 / L3 in HR or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to process numerical data.
