Summary: The Senior Product Designer role is a contract position lasting over six months, focused on creating user-friendly digital products for a leading bank. The designer will lead user research and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective design solutions. This position requires a strong background in user-centered design and experience with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be ready to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research & discovery, translating business requirements into user-focused designs
• Plan & facilitate workshops, journey mapping, storyboarding, and other design methods
• Build prototypes to communicate journey flow and interaction details that can also be used to test and validate with end-users
• Advocate for design consistency by contributing to the organisation’s Design System
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products & enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design approach
• Experience conducting detailed user research and working closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Expertise in Figma and UI/UX best practices
• Ability to communicate design solutions clearly and confidently
• Experience working in agile environments with product & engineering teams
