Summary: The role of Chargé d'études RH involves conducting a study on employee resignations at LCL, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, to understand the reasons behind voluntary departures in a post-COVID context. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the realization of the resignation study in collaboration with the selected provider.
- Finalize the quantitative phase of the study.

Key Skills:
- Master's degree in HR, social sciences, statistics, political science, sociology, or psychology.
