Summary: The PMO Analyst/Manager role at an international financial institution involves providing project management support for non-development projects within the IT Application department. The position requires administrative and operational support to the PMO and Project Governance teams, as well as maintaining documentation and coordinating training. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking and experience in project management, with strong analytical skills in SQL and/or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management to IT Application department's non-development related project(s), e.g., new service contract, existing contract renewal, etc.
• Support the internal management of IT Application department, to centralize following up internal BAU issue within the department with relevant team heads.
• Administrative and operational support to the PMO & Project Governance teams
• Maintain PMO documentation, coordinate meetings and training
• Assist to extend Project Governance and PMO methodology to overseas branches and subsidiaries

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as Project analyst or Project Manager
• Background preferred in banking
• Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
