Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and PE investors to deliver a transformation programme aligned with long-term value creation objectives.
- Strengthen financial planning, controls, and reporting to private equity best practice standards.
- Drive cash management discipline and operational efficiency, enabling reinvestment in growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking through improved KPI frameworks.
- Support strategic initiatives including targeted acquisitions and a Buy & Build growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders to support the business's ambitions.
- Develop and mentor the finance team, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Skills:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
- Proven CFO or Finance Director experience in a PE-backed or transformation-focused environment.
- Strong track record of delivering business change, whether through performance improvement, restructuring, or growth strategies.
- Skilled at balancing hands-on operational detail with strategic decision-making.
- Energetic, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the gravitas to operate effectively at Board, investor, and operational level.
