Summary: In this newly created Campaign Manager role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns and a comprehensive customer plan to enhance growth and brand visibility for a globally recognized brand. You will collaborate with various teams to implement effective campaigns and take ownership of new processes to drive customer plan adoption. The position requires strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of the retail landscape. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a preference for in-office work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with various teams, including Commercial Ops, Trading, and NPD, to create and implement marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are highly effective with measurable results.
- Design, deliver, and take full ownership of new processes to drive adoption of the customer plan.
- Collaborate with retail media agency to identify key retail moments and the traditional seasonal calendar.
- Work alongside Head of Brand, Marketing Ops Manager, and International Marketing team to drive positive change and visibility.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in a retail/FMCG environment.
- Resilience, self-sufficiency, and a commercially minded approach.
- Understanding of the retail landscape and principles of delivering strong customer propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, insight, and operations.
