Summary: The O2C Support Analyst role involves supporting and developing Oracle Fusion capabilities within a government/public sector account. The position requires expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules, particularly in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management. The analyst will engage with stakeholders to ensure successful system configuration and manage incidents with Oracle and third-party vendors. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop Oracle Fusion capabilities within a team of technical leads.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules, focusing on O2C, AR, AC, and CM.
• Engage with the Technical Delivery Manager and stakeholders for system configuration and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into design, configuration, and testing solutions.
• Manage and resolve incidents, liaising with Oracle and third-party vendors.

Key Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions – Finance (O2C), specifically AR, AC, and CM.
• Proven experience in the configuration of AR, AC, and CM modules.
• Experience with Oracle standard reporting tools: OTBI and FRC.
• Understanding of end-to-end process flows for AR, AC, and CM.
• Familiarity with related modules: SSP, Procurement, AP, and Expenses.
