Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mental health practitioners, ensuring effective and compassionate service delivery.
• Support staff with complex cases and manage escalation responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and complaints, providing feedback for practice development.
• Chair internal and external meetings, and deputize for the Locality Service Manager as needed.
• Optimize resource use to meet demand and capacity across the service.

Key Skills:

• Current professional qualification (RMN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist).
• Significant recent clinical experience post-registration.
• Experience providing services to children and young people in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Leadership experience or management of a clinical team.
• Experience working with patients with severe and enduring mental illness.
