Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions.
- Utilize expertise in CMHF to assess and address clients' occupational and functional needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure best practice in Mental Health and Occupational Therapy.
- Support and mentor junior staff, including Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Supervise and guide Occupational Therapy students during their placements.
Key Skills:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in mental health and knowledge of the Community Mental Health Framework (CMHF).
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users, families, and carers.
