Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Material Requirement Planning and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Progress and check order acknowledgements.
- Maintain accurate system data for suppliers, lead times, pricing, and costs.
- Build collaborative relationships with suppliers.
- Participate in monthly Key Performance Indicator verification of supplier results.
- Support the procurement manager in cost reduction strategies.
- Maintain risk assessments of key suppliers based on performance.
- Negotiate competitive prices and service levels with suppliers.
- Amend ERP system for variations against standard costs.
- Proactively expedite timely delivery of goods and services.
- Liaise with production planning to mitigate delays.

Key Skills:
- 2 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
