Business Enterprise Architect (Oracle Fusion) Hybrid Outside IR35 6 months initialWe are seeking an experienced Business Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Oracle to oversee the implementation of Oracle Financials within Oracle Fusion for a FTSE 100 organisation.This role (Business Enterprise Architect) is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will leverage TOGAF principles and a systematic approach to problem-solving, working closely with Oracle as the system integrator.Role Overview:The Business Enterprise Architect will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Oracle SI, developing a robust architectural framework and leading the digital transformation of our financial processes.Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and Oracle SI, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business requirements.Architectural Framework: Utilise TOGAF methodologies to create and maintain a strong architectural framework that aligns IT strategy with business objectives.Problem Solving: Analyse complex business problems and develop comprehensive, actionable solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework.Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and alignment with organisational standards.Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, including training and support for business users.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the implementation and integration of Oracle Financials.
