I'm helping a leading insurer find a Business Analyst to work on a reporting and data transformation programme. The role will involve acting as the business representative on the programme working with the data teams to ensure the requirements from the business are being implemented. The role will involve requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping and UAT. They need someone with a strong data background who can understand the reporting and development and what is needed. The ideal candidate will have insurance experience as a BA and have a strong background in data transformation and have worked in data previously. This is a 6 month day rate contract - outside IR35 - and I can tell you the rate if we speak. They are also open to someone permanent too. The role is hybrid working - being mostly remote and required to be in the Gloucester office once every fortnight.
