Summary: The Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's business continuity and operational risk frameworks while ensuring compliance with ISO 22301 certification. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business continuity planning and response across the firm.
  • Conduct policy reviews, risk assessments, and business impact analyses to ensure frameworks remain aligned to the firm's strategy and risk profile.
  • Oversee incident management, business continuity, and technology recovery planning, using specialist third-party tools.
  • Deliver and monitor the testing and exercising programme, capturing lessons learned and driving improvements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain ISO 22301 certification.
  • Manage and update standard materials for client requests and audit responses.
  • Produce management information and reporting for senior stakeholders and committees.
  • Track emerging risks, industry developments, and best practice to keep the firm well-prepared.
  • Coordinate incident response with colleagues across the business.
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours on-call support where required.
  • Support administration of the firm's general insurance programme.

This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining and strengthening the firm's business continuity and operational risk frameworks, as well as supporting the retention of their ISO 22301 certification.
