Key Skills:
- Solid understanding of thermal vacuum testing and mechanical processes
- Hands-on experience assembling mechanical test setups and interpreting technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, including occasional weekend or double-day shifts
- Prior experience in a commercial test laboratory environment
- Use of bespoke test facilities and tooling
- Design and manufacture of custom test setups
- Familiarity with internal/external audit processes
- Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and stakeholders
