Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and articulate top stakeholders to execute and deliver change strategies.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Change Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Experience with retail loyalty/membership cards is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful change strategies and projects.
