Job Title: Business Change Analyst

Hours: Full Time, 35 Hours Per Week

Contract length: 6 Month Contract

About your new company: Our client is an independent regulatory body in the United Kingdom responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.

Your new role: As a Change Consultant, you will be analysing stakeholder groups and driving stakeholder engagement to support programme delivery. You will be developing detailed change impact assessments across complex projects and sharing a view of these impacts to the programme team and relevant business areas. You will also collaborate with other projects and departments to ensure a joined-up experience for end users prioritising the right changes at the given time across the organisation.

What's in it for you? A 6 month rolling contract You will be working 35 hours per week across 5 days Hybrid working policy (40% office based per week)
