Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PAM Consultant to gather and document technical and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including assessment reports, access models, process flows, and solution proposals.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution of assessment activities.
- Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the assessment lifecycle.
- Support coordination of PoC and pilot activities, including scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, technical recommendations, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination within IT or cybersecurity domains.
- Strong understanding of access control concepts, especially RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles.
- Experience working in infrastructure-heavy environments (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX).
- Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
