Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on managing regulatory and infrastructure change within a tax reporting operation for a major financial services company. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define requirements, implement changes, and document user stories and functional specifications. The candidate must have experience in managing complex regulatory change projects in banking, particularly within the trade life cycle. This role requires a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regulatory and infrastructure change projects from a tax reporting operation perspective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, corporate tax, technology, and business units.
  • Define requirements for implementing change through technology, procedures, and controls.
  • Document detailed user stories, impact assessments, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with technology and operations to ensure stakeholder inclusion in the agile journey.
  • Manage complex requirements and delivery of regulatory change projects in banking.
  • Understand regulations within the trade life cycle and manage change in front to back office trade flows.
