Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector for a well-known insurer. The position requires extensive experience with Policy Admin Systems and a strong understanding of the impact of migrations on digital products. The candidate will be responsible for gap analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. This is a hybrid role with an initial contract duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Business Analyst on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector.
  • Conduct gap analysis and gather requirements effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and relationships.
  • Utilize knowledge of Policy Admin Systems (PAS) such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Acturis.
  • Understand the impact of migrations on digital products and APIs.
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution.
  • Leverage data tools including Snowflake, Peoplesoft, Radar, and InRule.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance sector.
  • Familiarity with Policy Admin Systems (PAS).
  • Expertise in gap analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Experience with migration programmes from one system to another.
  • Knowledge of data tools and their applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce/MS Dynamics (nice to have).
