Summary: The Business Analyst will support the Central Business Office of a luxurious automotive company by analyzing complex data, managing SAP orders, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Interrogate complex data using JLR-specific systems and software.
- Utilize intermediate/expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Act as the initial point of contact for support requests and issue resolution.
- Assist with meetings, metrics tracking, and feedback management.
- Raise SAP orders, track costs, and report on project status/alignment.
- Liaise with internal/external engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with JLR systems (e.g., SAP, RADs).
