Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems and support the design of new solutions, products, and services.
• Work as part of a project team to undertake in-depth analysis and capture business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define current and future business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, process diagrams, and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Delivery, and Architecture teams to develop solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement lean business processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Break down large initiatives for iterative delivery to enhance value delivery.
• Continuously review work prioritization against business needs in collaboration with the Project Manager.
