Summary: The Loan IQ Business Analyst role involves conducting comprehensive business and systems analysis for Loan IQ initiatives, leading workshops to gather requirements, and authoring business requirements and acceptance criteria. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business and systems analysis for Loan IQ initiatives
- Lead and facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Author high-quality business requirements and acceptance criteria using Confluence and JIRA
- Design, script, and support execution of test scenarios
- Proactively troubleshoot and triage issues during testing phases
- Communicate effectively – both written and verbal – across business and technical teams
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners for successful delivery
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Loan IQ as a Business Analyst
- Currently working with Loan IQ in a BA capacity
- Strong experience in writing functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios
- Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to self-organize and lead cross-functional analysis sessions
