Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on leveraging Pega experience to enhance business processes within a challenging project environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders at different levels to gather and document business requirements and processes.
  • Create customer/user journeys for critical business applications.
  • Test Pega solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
  • Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and third parties.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support configuration of Pega applications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Pega applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage support model documentation and user lifecycle management documentation.
  • Ensure traceability between agreed requirements and the completed design.

Location : Glasgow (Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week)

A sound understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation Ability to manage relationships with business partners and 3rd parties Experience of business analysis delivering quality artefacts on budget and on time A sound understanding of the Financial Services industry would be of benefit, including business, operating and technology models Have previous experience of process documentation and re-engineering Gather and document business requirements and processes.
