Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
• Convert high-level business needs into user stories, workflows, and use cases.
• Manage the requirements backlog and collaborate with teams to prioritize and refine stories.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the required business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, create mock-ups, and produce clear, structured documentation.

Key Skills:

• Proven Track Record working as a Business Analyst, ideally on software projects.
• Extensive Experience in Process Improvement, Automation, and Optimization.
• Proficient in Visio, MS Office, and Agile Methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
