Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis for regulatory programs within a complex financial services environment.
- Collaborate with business managers, front office trading, and compliance teams.
- Perform legal interpretation and business impact analysis related to regulatory frameworks.
- Deliver solutions and facilitate handover to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Provide updates to project and program managers and stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and process flow documentation.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Banking.
- Experience with MiFID regulations is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
