Key Responsibilities:

- Producing clear and concise documentation to communicate 'as-is' and 'to-be' states.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to business or process change.
- Supporting the design and delivery of process improvements that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, technical, or project role (3+ years preferred).
- Ideally experienced in the retail industry.
- A Business Analysis qualification, such as the BCS Foundation Certificate (BCS Diploma or CCBA preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking.
