Summary: The Endur Business Analyst role focuses on supporting middle office operations through effective business analysis within Agile environments. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. The position requires strong documentation skills and the ability to lead design workshops and stakeholder engagement. This is a 6-month rolling contract based in London, UK, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business challenges, value drivers, and both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate business impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Model current processes, data flows, and technology landscapes to uncover inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Develop and maintain clear, traceable documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with software vendors and development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Configure and document systems and processes using standard tools and methodologies.
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing to validate solutions against business needs.
- Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and lead design workshops.
- Provide strategic direction for business analysis efforts and propose process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT, including team leadership.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to educate stakeholders on Agile practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (4-year program).
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification (preferred).
- Lean Practitioner training and experience (preferred).
- Agile certifications or formal training (preferred).
