• Own the cards solution and act as a solution funnel for IT teams.
• Plan and create solution proposals, sequence diagrams, and maintain interface trackers.
• Engage in business discussions to clarify requirement scope and explain solutions.
• Bridge gaps between cross-functional IT teams and resolve conflicts.
• Lead development teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adoption of best practices.
• Identify functional and technical dependencies across propositions, teams, and platforms.
• Identify risks and issues, and suggest mitigation plans as needed.
• Cover all stages of card processing, including Issuing, Authorization, and Settlement.
• Produce solution proposals for projects and review designs from engineering teams.
• Validate solutions align with the bank's strategies.
• Work with the engineering community to deliver solutions in an agile manner.
• Define API and microservice architecture solutions.
• Document As-Is and Target Architecture and define services and integrated applications.
