Summary: The role of a Business Analyst involves effective communication with stakeholders and the development team to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and documented. The analyst will collaborate with project managers and developers, create various technical documents, and manage test cases for quality assurance. Additionally, the position requires familiarity with software and database development concepts and experience in user acceptance testing. The role is primarily focused on translating business needs into technical documentation and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate requirements effectively with stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Architect, and developers to ensure business requirements are met.
- Translate and simplify stakeholder requirements into formal documentation.
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows for business processes and data flow.
- Manage test cases for Quality Assurance.
- Develop technical documentation for enterprise software users and system administrators.
- Map business processes into technical documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and analyze business functions.
- Generate process documentation and reports.
- Utilize relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, for documentation and visualization.
