Summary: This role is for a Business Administrator providing temporary administrative support in a thriving organization, with an immediate start in March for a minimum of six months. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Answer phone calls from customers and provide information and updates on deliveries
- Perform general reception tasks, including taking messages and greeting visitors
- Support the Sales Team in producing basic quotes on CRM and data entry
- Handle general office duties, including stationary orders
- Utilize CRM and MS Office for various tasks
Key Skills:
