Summary: This role is for a Business Administrator providing temporary administrative support in a thriving organization, with an immediate start in March for a minimum of six months. The position involves assisting the Sales Team with various administrative tasks and requires candidates to have prior experience in a similar role or recent administrative experience. The role is office-based in Sheffield and may lead to a permanent position depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Answer phone calls from customers and provide information and updates on deliveries
  • Perform general reception tasks, including taking messages and greeting visitors
  • Support the Sales Team in producing basic quotes on CRM and data entry
  • Handle general office duties, including stationary orders
  • Utilize CRM and MS Office for various tasks

Key Skills:

  • Recent administrative experience or similar role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to start work immediately on-site
