Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residences to diagnose issues and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Carry out various surveys including planned and reactive maintenance repairs, voids, damp and mould, and condensation surveys.
- Create a schedule of work based on findings and engage with stakeholders such as contractors, developers, and local authorities.
- Log customer queries during visits and provide a point of referral.
Key Skills:
- Technical qualification such as HNC/RICS.
- Experience in a Social Housing or Local Authority Environment, preferably with residential properties.
- Knowledge of Repairs, Maintenance, Disrepair, Damp and Mould, and Voids.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
