Building Surveyor (Rail, Civils, PTS)

Summary: The role of Building Surveyor involves supporting key infrastructure projects across the Cumbria region, with a focus on site-based work and daily travel to various locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Surveying and maintaining infrastructure across various sites in the Cumbria region.
• Daily travel to locations across Cumbria for site visits.
• Occasional attendance at the Manchester office for team meetings.
• Utilizing a company vehicle and fuel card for travel to and from sites.

Key Skills:

• A degree in Surveying or an equivalent industry-recognised qualification.
• Membership of a relevant professional engineering institution.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good standard of written and spoken English.
• Safety competencies: PTS and ACDC Working at Height certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in rail engineering or infrastructure projects (desirable).
• Understanding of related engineering disciplines (desirable).
