Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive surveys to maintain housing stock
- Managing voids, day-to-day repairs, and maintenance
- Performing disrepair reviews, surveys, and reports
- Conducting HHSRS surveying
- Preparing and presenting detailed survey reports
- Working closely with the construction team to ensure project success
- Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable insights
- Assisting in drafting construction plans
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding project progress
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site
- Managing project documentation and records
Key Skills:
- A qualification in Surveying or a related field (ideal)
- Proficient knowledge of social housing and its challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
