We are recruiting an experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to join a UK main contractor delivering residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South East.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, not a consultancy or paperwork position. You will take ownership of Building Regulations compliance from early design through construction, working closely with technical and site teams to ensure projects are compliant, buildable and protected from risk.
The Role
