Womens RTW Junior Designer

Junior Designer – Wovens (Contract | SS27) We are looking for a Junior Designer specialising in women’s soft woven ready-to-wear to join the team on a contract basis for Spring 2027, working closely with the Creative Director. There is strong potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to performance and business needs. This role suits a designer with a strong affinity for the brand’s DNA - a modern bohemian aesthetic with a London, rock-and-roll edge, inspired by vintage references, mixed cultures, and rich surface detail. You will support the elevation of the collection while maintaining a clear, contemporary point of view. The role focuses on seperates, dresses, soft tailoring and jersey, working with luxury and natural fabrics including silks, dobies and jacquards, alongside refined trims and embellishment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design women’s soft woven RTW pieces for Spring 2027
• Create high-quality CADs and full tech packs
• Develop pieces with embroidery, trims and embellishment
• Work confidently with luxury fabrics and surface detail
• Participate in fittings from first sample through to final sign-off
• Support the Creative Director in shaping silhouettes and design direction

The ideal candidate:

• Fashion Design graduate, graduated at least two years ago
• Minimum one year’s experience within a premium or luxury designer RTW brand
• Strong experience in soft wovens and jersey
• Confident working with luxury fabrics including silks, dobies and jacquards
• Comfortable developing trims, embellishment and surface detail
• Excellent CAD and technical skills, with the ability to create full tech packs
• Exceptional taste level, with sensitivity to craftsmanship and finish
• Available to start immediately
