Summary: The Bid/Opportunity Manager at EZRA is responsible for providing comprehensive proposal and bid support to sales teams globally, ensuring effective management of the end-to-end bid process. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create compelling proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs while promoting best practices within the Opportunity Management Team. The position is a maternity leave contract based in London, requiring a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bid management, particularly in international contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project-manage proposals and RFIs/RFPs through the discovery, proposal development, presentation, and follow-up sales processes.
- Drive the opportunity response process, coordinating stakeholders and their inputs.
- Use project management techniques to manage timelines, risks, and issues.
- Ensure qualification protocols are adhered to and provide support to the right deals at the right time.
- Contribute to win theme ideation and deal strategy, sharing insights from other deals.
- Own the response document, coordinating inputs, writing fresh content, and managing the review process.
- Support the process through to closure, including pitch support and client queries.
- Engage with EZRA Sales Leaders and BDs to qualify opportunities and promote best practices.
- Track results of opportunities supported and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of sales resources and maintenance of the OMT content library.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of recent experience in a bid management role.
- Experience in HR Tech/HR Services/Professional or Consulting services.
- Strong track record of building partnerships with sales teams internationally.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for developing compelling responses.
- High-level proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visually appealing documents.
- Time and priority management skills for handling multiple international projects.
- Effective use of online tools such as MS Teams, SalesForce, and RFP management software.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data effectively.
- Leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive and responsive in bid management with a sense of urgency.
