This encapsulates Physical Health wards, District nursing, Acute Inpatient, Forensic, Outpatients, Community and Clinic work in a huge variety of disciplines. Working within the trusts clinical environments will give you the opportunity to practice a full range of core skills and to gain experience in particular areas of interest. We are keen to support and develop you and encourage promotional opportunities within the service and the wider Trust, which includes development such as the Care Certificate Please note that due to high volumes this post will be closed once a sufficient number of applications is received. Led by the TSS team and supported by the Clinical Nurse Lead you will be required to deliver a high standard of care to our patients across all areas of healthcare. You will provide support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and to their carers within a multidisciplinary setting. You will undertake assigned tasks under the general supervision of a registered nurse, including assisting in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. You will be trained to ensure that issues of equality, diversity and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
