Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all internal/external accounts and tax returns.
- Provide team and client management support to ensure excellent service quality.
- Lead and manage activities related to the development of IQ-EQ.
- Meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets while focusing on cost efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
- Act as the key point of contact for client relationships and manage deliverables.
- Ensure risk management processes are embedded in operations and culture.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Exemplify positive leadership behaviors to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in Business Development processes and initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of industry and competitor developments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Act as deputy to the Client Accounting Director at board meetings.
- Provide accounting support and training to Client Administration teams.
Key Skills:
- Completed relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
- Previous experience in the fiduciary services industry.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Holder of a practicing certificate.
